Terms of Service

01Agreement & eligibility

BoomX Origins (the "Game"), together with its game services, this website and related support (the "Service"), is provided by 7TeenGames ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Service, including any purchases.

02Your account

• You need an account to play. Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at support@7teengames.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
• Your account is personal. You may not sell, buy, rent, share, give away or transfer it, or use someone else's account.
• Player names must follow our Community Guidelines. We may change or reclaim a player name that breaks them.
• You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy.

03Your license to play

Subject to these terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or create derivative works of the Game; reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract its source code (except where the law expressly allows it); or use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

04Virtual items & currency

The Game includes virtual items and currencies — such as gold, gems, equipment, outfits, passes and event rewards ("Virtual Items") — that you can earn by playing or obtain through purchases.

• Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold. They are part of the Game and have no real-world monetary value.
• Virtual Items cannot be redeemed for real money, goods or anything of value outside the Game.
• You may trade Virtual Items with other players only through features we provide in the Game, such as the in-game auction. Buying, selling or trading Virtual Items or accounts outside the Game, for real money or otherwise, is not allowed.
• We may change, rebalance, limit or remove Virtual Items as part of running and improving the Game, for example to fix bugs or keep the game fair. Where a change materially affects Virtual Items you purchased, we will act in line with applicable consumer law.
• Virtual Items obtained through bugs, exploits, cheating or unauthorized means may be removed.

05Purchases & refunds

You can buy Virtual Items, passes and other content in the Game through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Those platforms process your payment under their own terms, and prices are shown in the store before you confirm.

• Delivery: purchased content is delivered to your account right after the store confirms the payment. If something you paid for does not arrive, contact us with your order ID and we will help.
• Refunds: purchases are final except where the store's refund policy or applicable law gives you a right to a refund. Refund requests are handled by Google Play or Apple.
• Reversed payments: if a payment is refunded, charged back or reversed, we may remove the related Virtual Items, and if your balance is not enough, it may go negative or your account may be restricted.
• EU/UK consumers: by buying digital content that is delivered immediately, you agree to its immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has started.
• Minors: if you are a minor, you must have your parent's or guardian's permission before making a purchase.

06Rules of conduct

We want BoomX Origins to be fun and fair for everyone. When using the Service you must follow our Community Guidelines. In particular, you must not:

• use cheats, hacks, bots, macros, modified clients or any software that alters the Game or gives an unfair advantage;
• exploit bugs or glitches instead of reporting them to us;
• harass, threaten, bully or discriminate against other players, or post hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content;
• impersonate 7TeenGames staff or other players, or try to obtain other players' passwords or account details;
• sell, buy or share accounts or Virtual Items outside the Game, or advertise, spam or scam;
• disrupt, overload or attack our servers or networks, or access them in an unauthorized way;
• violate any law or anyone else's rights.

07Content you create

The Service lets you create and share content, such as your player name, avatar image, chat and loudspeaker messages, guild information and in-game mail ("User Content").

• You keep ownership of your User Content, but you are responsible for it. Only share content you have the right to share, and never upload images of other people without their permission.
• You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify (for example, to resize an avatar) and distribute your User Content as needed to operate, promote and improve the Service. This license ends when your content is deleted from the Service, except for copies we must keep by law.
• We do not have to review User Content, but we may monitor, filter, edit, hide or remove any of it, and we may use automated tools to do so, for example to filter offensive words.
• Other players can see content you post publicly. Do not share personal information you want to keep private.

08Suspension & termination

If you break these terms or our Community Guidelines, or if we need to in order to protect other players, the Service or comply with law, we may — with or without notice, depending on the severity — warn you, mute your chat, remove content or Virtual Items, or temporarily suspend or permanently close your account. When an account is closed for a violation, you lose access to the account and its Virtual Items, without a refund, except where the law requires otherwise.

If you believe we made a mistake, contact support@7teengames.com and we will review the decision.

You can stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and disputes) will continue to apply.

09Updates & availability

We regularly update the Game to add content, fix issues and improve balance. Some updates are required to keep playing. The Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades or reasons beyond our control. We may change, suspend or discontinue the Game or any feature, event or server. If we permanently shut down the Game, we will give you reasonable advance notice in the Game or on this website.

10Ownership

The Game and all its content — including software, characters, artwork, music, logos, the "BoomX Origins" name and all Virtual Items — are owned by 7TeenGames or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Your account and Virtual Items do not give you any ownership rights in the Service.

11Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as Google, Apple, Google Firebase and Cloudflare. Your use of their apps, stores and services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

12Disclaimers

We work hard to keep the Game running smoothly, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components, or that any data will be preserved, and we disclaim all implied warranties, such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow these disclaimers, so some may not apply to you.

13Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7TeenGames will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or Virtual Items, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the six (6) months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for gross negligence or willful misconduct, and nothing affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.

14Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate 7TeenGames for claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) brought by third parties that arise from your User Content or from your breach of these terms or of the law.

15Disputes & governing law

Most concerns can be solved quickly, so please contact support@7teengames.com first. We will try to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which 7TeenGames is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Consumers may also contact their national consumer protection authority or an approved alternative dispute resolution body.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect new features or legal requirements. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will notify you in the Game or by other appropriate means before they take effect. If you keep playing after the changes take effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and you may ask us to delete your account.

17General

• Entire agreement: these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
• Severability: if any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• No waiver: if we do not enforce a provision, we do not give up our right to do so later.
• Assignment: we may transfer these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. You may not transfer your rights under them.
• Force majeure: we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Language: if these terms are translated, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
