Community Guidelines

BoomX Origins is better when every match is fair and every chat is friendly. These guidelines explain what we expect from every player. They are part of our Terms of Service.

01Be respectful

Trash talk about a great shot is part of the fun — attacking people is not. Do not post, in any chat, loudspeaker, guild channel or mail:

  • hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other characteristic;
  • threats, harassment, bullying, stalking or encouraging others to target a player;
  • sexual, obscene or graphically violent content;
  • excessive swearing, spam or flooding;
  • content that promotes illegal activity, self-harm, drugs or gambling;
  • personal information about anyone, including yourself.

Loudspeaker messages reach everyone on a server, so use them responsibly. Our automated filter hides some offensive words, but you are still responsible for what you post.

02Play fair

  • No cheating: do not use hacks, modified game clients, speed tools, aim assists or any program that changes how the Game works.
  • No bots or automation: do not use scripts, macros or bots to play, farm or claim rewards for you.
  • No exploits: if you find a bug, report it to us instead of using it. Rewards gained through bugs may be removed.
  • No match fixing: do not arrange results, deliberately lose, or boost another account through fake matches.
  • No multi-account abuse: do not use extra accounts to gain unfair rewards, rankings or advantages in events and tournaments.

03Accounts & item trading

  • Do not sell, buy, rent, share or give away accounts. Shared accounts can be stolen, and we cannot recover them for you.
  • Trade items with other players only through official in-game features, such as the auction house.
  • Do not buy or sell gems, gold, items or services (such as boosting) for real money or outside the Game.
  • Do not abuse refunds or chargebacks to keep items you have not paid for.

04Names, avatars & guilds

Player names, avatar images, guild names and guild descriptions are seen by everyone, so they must follow the same rules as chat. In addition:

  • do not use images or names that are offensive, sexual, violent, hateful or that you don't have the right to use;
  • do not upload photos of other people without their permission;
  • do not impersonate 7TeenGames staff, moderators, well-known players or other real people;
  • do not use names or avatars to advertise websites, services or other games.

We may change a name, remove an avatar or disband a guild that breaks these rules.

05Safety & scams

7TeenGames staff will never ask for your password. Never share your sign-in details, and be careful with links and offers of "free gems" — they are scams.

  • Do not try to obtain other players' passwords, accounts or personal information (phishing).
  • Do not run scams, fake giveaways or "trade" offers designed to cheat other players.
  • Do not arrange to meet other players in person or share contact details through the Game.

06Enforcement

We use automated systems and human review to keep the Game fair and safe. Depending on how serious and how frequent a violation is, we may:

Temporary suspensionSerious or repeated violations.
Permanent banCheating software, bots, account trading, real-money trading, threats, hate speech, scams or repeated serious violations.

Severe violations can lead directly to a permanent ban without prior warning. Not knowing the rules is not an excuse.

07Reporting & appeals

See someone breaking these rules? Email support@7teengames.com with:

  • the player's name and server;
  • what happened and when;
  • screenshots or video, if you have them.

Please only send genuine reports — false reports made to get someone punished are themselves a violation. If you think an action taken against your account was a mistake, email us with your player name and server and we will review it.
